This no-bake, sugar-free and low carb treat blends the flavors of vanilla, maple and pumpkin for a delicious, keto-friendly treat.

Ingredients
1cupcanned coconut milk
1cuppumpkin puree
1cupblack chia seeds
1/4cupheavy whipping creammore to taste
2tbspSwerve Sweetener
2-2.5tbsppowdered stevia
1tspvanilla extract
1tspmaple extract
2tbsppumpkin spicemore to taste
2pinchescoarse ground salt
Garnishes
1tspchopped pecans
1tbsphomemade whipped cream
Instructions
Add everything together in a medium-sized bowl and mix together until well blended.
Cover bowl and place in fridge for 3-4 hours, or until the pudding mixture has thickened up.
If the mixture becomes too thick, add more heavy whipping cream and stir well to blend.
Garnish with homemade whipped cream and chopped pecans and serve cold. Bon appetit!
