Ingredients
5tbspBacon and Cream Crème Anglaise sauce*
3tbspheavy cream(more depending on desired consistency)
1shotMount Gay Eclipse rum
dashnutmegto taste
dashcinnamonto taste
1large cocktail ice cubeor 2 regular ice cubes
more nutmegfor garnish
Instructions
Place the ice cube(s) in a cocktail glass.
Add in the Crème Anglaise sauce and heavy cream. Stir to combine. (Note: the ice cube will melt a little as you make this. You want this to happen so it dilutes the mixture a bit for the final drink)
Then add in the rum, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Using a swizzle stick or cocktail stirrer, stir the drink until well blended.
